@a3 yes, they don’t cut VP a week before unless your organization is a target. Heard rumor about directors under him too.
Very sad, had a lot of friends and good people on those teams. Already seen some lower bands post. Trying to be respectful and not pry at the moment.
I unfortunately think this is just first wave for that team. Don’t understand what the plan is. Hopefully they don’t move it all to India, those VZI teams are horrible. The contractors in CX organization are bad too. They should have started cutting both contractors and India first. Keep the best FTEs and double down on the better small US vendors they worked with. But, who knows. We like to move things to India and hire Contractors even if that was the main problem in the first place.
Heard anyone under Dalton will be impacted
Our VBG Finance team was hit. Not nearly as badly as Nov though.
Not sure on BGCO but in VBG Finance there have been impacts at band 5/6 levels at least.
