I have a piece of sh-t lead that is bullying based on age. Any suggestions ? Management was worthless.

File a ticket with employee relations
You can file a complaint with HR but they will require very specific proof to avoid the Your Word Against Theirs dynamic. Just know, that if you go to HR, their might be retaliation blowback. DOCUMENT everything.....day/time/subject and bcc emails to your personal emails if needed. NO PII/PHI of course. Make sure to let HR know that you tried to go to your manager but nothing happened.
