I got the email, but the phone lines are extremely busy. I was hung up on after over an hour of waiting. What a mess.

Been on hold for 2 hours plus and still no answere.
They really didn't plan this well at all. Everyone is going to be curious on what this package looks like and when you offer for everyone to view, that's 50k+ potentially eligible employees trying to access the system at the same time. I'm on hour 3 of any attempt, and once you finally get a code, the system times out and you have to start all over again.
@a2 I'm calling the VSP help line... I have been on hold for two hours in total and nobody has answered.
It’s due to so many trying to access the platform. They told me to try later this evening or tomorrow for the phone verification.
Same here. Has anyone been able to register ? The phone authentication is not working.
Don't bother calling hr. The contacted company told me to call her about a question and he said they've been told to send everyone to the VSP number.
