Seriously one very top level executive is into triathlons. That is heavy commitment. I know since am in that space. It is virtually impossible unless you are almost full-time. This is a shame that CEO is ignoring this.

well OP, I guess because you think it's not possible for you - then it's not possible for anyone. That would be wrong.
MYOB
You can easily train for an Ironman and it will not impact your work. That’s why you train before, after and on the weekends. You think everyone that does an Ironman quits their job.
I've yet to hear a good explanation as to why we cut our workforce by 40% but apparently still need the same number of executives as before. Huh.
@a2 It’s SP, and these are Ironman distance.
Riding the BART is training for a triathlon
As long as they train during their own time and not during core office hours I don't give a rat's a55.
What length triathlons? Sprint through international are easy to train for while having a career.
Ship jobs to I/P
Time frees up
Train for Triathlon in now free time
Profit?
You missed OP comment which is, this executive hardly works and gets paid in millions.
Of all the legitimate garbage we have to be mad about, you choose this? Get a life.
