Not fulfilling Notice Period

I plan on giving notice at some point next week. My notice period is 60 days. I'm only going to give two weeks. I know they'll claw back my LTIs that vested within the past year and I won't be "re-hirable", but is there anything else I should be concerned about? Losing the LTIs and not being able to be rehired is a small price to pay to escape this looney farm...

@a2 make them pay you what you are losing as a signing bonus.

Not being eligible for rehire doesn’t seem like a big deal but you never know what companies might merge and it could come back to bite you

@ce that’s not true. As long as you don’t provide notice prior to payout.

They can also take back your bonus if you dont work the expected notice so be prepared.

why resign? just start your new job and let WF figure it out after you slowly stop replying to emails

@a1 Yeah. I would... But, I have been offered a job at another organization... They really don't want to wait 2 mos as they have a need to fill...
