Exactly Oracle is following the footsteps of the Microsoft, Meta etc.. of the world by replacing jobs with AI when possible and by cutting huge cost in order to reinvest in that new gold rush era called AI. They also realized they can even replace cheap jobs in India by AI. This is the dark ages of service industry for blue collar workers

Actually they prefer when the manager is on vacation, because in this case there is no emotional discussion
