Mission Simplify? More like Mission....Fewer People, Same Work
I wish I could just ignore the survey but my PL demands us to complete it and it’s obvious when we don’t
I hope we all gave cr-p scores for the mission simplify questions. I doubt they are expecting positive responses LOL
As a people leader I scored 0 on the mission simplify stuff as well, and when the low scores come in from teams then way upper leadership will cascade “fixing the low scores” back to lower people leaders.

It is laughable, and about as tone-deaf as it gets. I only did it so my PL won't have to suffer the consequences. They already know what everyone thinks, so why ask? Stoooopid.
