No email yet. Does that mean I’m safe? Are emails being rolled out thru the day? I’m mid age, 4-5 years in, and nobody special so wondering why I’m ineligible if that’s the case.

I feel now based on all the BS lies that they are and will not pay that kind of bonus to leave I think they are testing the waters to evaluate who to ax first. I don’t trust them at all to do what they say.
And don't be confused that if you are in an excluded group that does not mean you are safe from later layoffs. It simply means that you are not eligible for this offer.

You're not safe regardless. This is simply phase one of getting rid of staff.

The emails will be rolling through the entire day. According to the news outlet, everyone should be receiving one except those considered an exclusion.
Tanya's email said "throughout the day tomorrow". I'm wondering if Corp is first, then the health plans. Just a guess.
