Can someone elaborate a built? Saying something big is happening isn't helpful. If not the what then how about the when?

Fidelity is culture is driven by fear, anxiety, uncertainty, toxic managers.
What about portions of FI that Wealth absorbed? Those groups are incredibly thinly staffed. Doing the job of three people AND constantly living in fear of a RIF is Fidelity’s specialty! Oh - and uncertainty about collocation, what a place! Upper mngt seems to love the unhealthy work environments that they purposefully create. Awful.
If the stock market remains intact no layoffs. Otherwise all bets are off.
Well Mr headofwealth said we would know about the big announcement in the coming weeks…and that was months ago. So yes the big change is that he will take English writing lessons or that fidelity leadership is a cluster.
Something is going on don’t know details .. randomly open positions are put on hold citing upcoming changes
