Does anyone know anyone who was laid off yet and can she'd light on what the severence package is this time around? 3 months plus your STI? No STI?

No STI, Just your STD. ;-)
depends on your State. NJ requires 90 days notice. So 3 months is correct.
You can literally look up the severance package on VZWeb. Now, it may end up differing slightly, but that will give you an idea of what to expect.
@a4 I did. No one that was laid off gave details about the packages they received this time around. I wish I could go back and edit the post.
I was laid off once already (see my reply below) and it's not consistent with what is noted on our internal pages.

@a1 The website is definitely not correct. I was laid off once after only being at VZ at 2 years. I was given three months severence, full STI and full shares (vested and non vested).
This was in NJ. Not sure if that makes a difference.
