@PS No one reads, everyone tells what needs fixed to do the job, actual machines or mechanical issues are ignored.

How many times do we need to tell you your union opinion doesn’t matter. Verizon just needs to honor your collective bargaining agreement. Maybe fight for a pulse survey in your next contract instead of false promises like reviving the pension.

@OP Our pulse survey was a 4 year contract extension. We voted yes
It’s not like the pulse questions were earth shattering this round. Useless IMHO.
Management aren't worth their bloated salaries.

I'm a union member with 30+ years. I've been submitting comments in the pulse survey since it was launched. They have not addressed one thing I wrote about, so I'd actually consider it a relief if I was no longer pressured to fill the stupid thing out anymore.
