Is anyone on this meeting with Marissa??? What is happening….. why are they allowing people to change their minds. What a poorly lead organization. This is PHCO. We can also request a negotiation of our separation date…………

@ad And your point is what? I can read what the title says. I am asking a direct question. Was it clarified in meeting that this affects BH only.
@aw population health clinical operations
@a3 is that for all PHCO or just CM or BH? I’m technically under PHCO but not member-facing.
@OP What is PHCO?
@ar I double dog dare them to yank my VSP!!!
@aj this is all well and good until they identify you and yank your VSP
Sent an email to our VP (not BH PHCO) who stated they reached out to HR and there are no options at this time to change the end dates for the VSP.
There was a guy Ike Swetlitz from Bloomberg News posting on this board a couple days ago, wanting input from employees about this whole situation. I'm surprised that post is still up on this board, considering a few responses (truthful ones!) were censored out of that thread.
PR/C-suite also appears to be trying to spin and control the narrative in that thread by insisting that the guy speak with just HR at Centene for info. LMAO! As IF. People are p!ssed, and rightfully so...and it's great that he's interested in doing a story on this. Can't wait to read it! Anyone interested should feel free to contact him, regardless of how much big-wigs try to intimidate employees into silence. Speak up and exercise your RIGHT to FREE SPEECH!

"Bloomberg News seeking info on buyouts for a story
Hi all, I'm Ike Swetlitz, a health journalist with Bloomberg News. I cover health insurance, among other topics.
I've been reading a lot of these posts about the buyouts. I'm trying to learn more, for a story.
If you're interested in speaking with me, I'd be grateful if you could contact me at iswetlitz@bloomberg.net or 630-544-9414 (cell phone - Signal / call / text / etc). You can be anonymous -- I will NOT print your name unless you give me permission. You can also find my contact information on LinkedIn or send me a message there (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ikeswetlitz/)
I'm trying to learn more about how many jobs are being eliminated, and when the buyouts are actually happening (now vs next year).
Thank you!"

Stauna is an id--t!
Is this only for UM?
@ac - title of this post and the meeting was
“BH Organizational Updates - PHCO”.
@OP Does this apply to BH staff only??
Called the VSP line the other day and they said you can’t appeal to have the extended date changed to a sooner date. Mine is for March 2027. How can you request to have it reviewed to be changed?
@a3 joke would be on them. My exit date isn't until quarter 2 next year. I'd like to negotiate that being sooner so I can have the holidays off
@a8 - title of this post and the meeting was
“BH Organizational Updates - PHCO”.
@a3 is this just for the BH side only?
@OP is the intent to encourage pl to stay longer? This whole program is so confusing.
@a5 I think BH only because it was title BH Organization Updates
@a3 Thank you for the information. Would you happen to know if they were only speaking about the BH portion of PHCO? Or the entirety of PHCO?
I was in this meeting and what the person said above is correct. So disgusted by this leadership. They should be ashamed. I hope the news picks this up.
@a1 They are worse than politicians lol. This is me paraphrasing, so it’s not word for word, but basically they said there are no involuntary layoffs happening within PHCO right now for August however than can change. They didn’t say anything about September though. This was specifically in reference to what Sarah London said in that Calling London video about involuntary layoffs happening in August.
So as of right now PHCO is good. They also said you can submit a request to negotiate your VSP separation date and you can submit a request if you want to change your mind about taking the VSP. They’ll consider it but it’s basically either a yes or no and they can’t promise anything. So just messing with people and I think too many people took the VSP.
The whole message was very convoluted. This was from Marisa Crawhorn and Stauna, so it would apply if you’re under the PHCO department.
