Any CHC people still here or has all been laid off?

@OP There's a manager in OI with like 2 fingers that doesn't do a darn thing all day. Just puts all her work on her employees then fires them. Shes a changey. A big fat fingerless silly oops. Should have never been born
Still here and waiting to be RIFd.
@g9 A silly term that person made up. Change healthcare employees blame Optum for the layoffs yet they themselves tanked other people’s products: example docasap and accureg, and bully people relentlessly then lay them off. Not to mention the brash they brought that impacted 4000 clients and their discriminatory software that brought a lawsuit. The hypocrisy of change healthcare employees blame is insane.
@ew what is MOptum? I never heard of this term.
@bc Scapegoat? UHG had zero breaches, this sh..ty group came with a breach, and a discriminatory claims software that brought lawsuits. They tanked several softwares rolled up under them, got those groups like docasap, accureg and others completely dismantled. Change healthcare is a bottom feeding, vile group, no matter how many downvotes their employees give here. They retaliate and lay anyone off who stands up for themselves. Nasty and disgusting group.
@cf Ask those of us whose entire software products were ranked by these people, and those of us who were laid off by them in a retaliatory manner. This is the most toxic group of all.
@d7 Couldn’t have said it better. This group has the most corrupt leaders: sr mgrs, dir.s and above. A total cancer in the organization. They bully people who aren’t originally from change healthcare. They tank other products. Very toxic. Optum is so broken that they did zero vetting and still have several of these people on Optum Insight.
Former CHCer here.
I was laid off by MOptum Rx (whole team) right after the acquisition. This was a team of very high performers, and many of us were probably overpaid relative to Moptum. As a result, those of us with the most experience, seniority, and competence were thrown out, leaving behind the rest. A lot of LOW performers from CHC stayed on because they were paid less than those that were rifed. Penny wise, pound foolish. Why? The contracts Moptum thought they had after buying this company ended and with the core team gone clients just went elsewhere. Once the non competes ended, most clients are back being served by members of our team again, though employed at competitors. Then, when Moptum gutted CHC, the largest health IT hack happened. On United/Moptums watch, with press releases blaming CHC, a company that no longer even existed as it was acquired by Moptum, these events occurred. So to blame this on CHC is like blaming the fires in the Midwest on the score of a woman’s basketball game. Or the shoe size of the point guard on the opposing team.
Bottom line: when you cut the filet, you’re left with the gristle. Good luck to you all. Work for this place at you’re own risk.
The people we inherited from CHC were the worst, but much was driven by the CHC culture that rewarded quantity over quality. They were focused on numbers no matter how worthless they were. They were mostly order-takers not problem solvers. It's been mostly a relief to see them let go.
But also the CHC business was complete trash. The d-mbest acquisition United could have made... and it all exploded on Witty's watch... although that dirt bag was also corrupt.
I work with fair number of former CHC associates. I find most to be hard working and very knowledgeable. There are a few bad apples out there but isn’t that the case with every team?
@b4 I haven't worked with a single competent CHC'er yet.
@OP there are absolutely CHC people still here. I work with a bunch who are in GTS. Practically the whole org under J.R. including her are CHC. Also in folks in OI Jess P. Etc.
OI's favorite scapegoat.
Not all has. I can has cheezburger?
@b4 you must be a joy to work with
Hopefully they're all gone. CHC people su-ked. And their company was a horrific waste.
None of them left to blame for everything.
