Plano HQ will make the last RTO holdout begging to get into the office.
Probably the same way the Discovery Zone worked out.
Who cares?
Nobody cares about this new office, even a little bit — except for big stink and anyone who lives in Plano. Nobody wants any office, never mind taking new debt to build another new one. This is stank building himself a monument on his way out the door. He is a dictator and thinks very highly of himself. Meanwhile the employees hate his guts.
2031 at best. You know how we do things here. Over-promise, under-deliver.
