Is this return to office in September an attempt to get moreee people to quit? Anyone able to get out of this?? How???

Absolutely it's to force people to quit. Totally. Some people moved further away from the office during Covid and had complained that their commute is now much longer. Now I'm thinking they'll now mandate 4 to 5 days in the office and be sent warnings for not showing up and then having that in the mid or year end reviews and on a PIP and fired.
Heard play time is over. COF is gonna say across the country if you’re within like 50 miles of a people center, get in. Tons of people across the country near people centers have continued to be remote. Want to be under 5% remote.
