Question for those who were impacted during prior layoff cycles:
During the 2 months you remain an employee, do you continue to accrue PTO as you normally would? Or do they lock in your PTO balance when you're notified?

Thank you @bf for clarifying!
Will say again, PTO definitely accrued in the period between my layoff call and my original termination date. And it was paid in my last check. Any PTO that I had planned before the layoff call was cancelled so I received all of my unused PTO
I should qualify it's SUPPOSED to be removed, but whether it actually happens?
PTO Accrual is removed as you are not working productive hours, same as on leave
So two different answers conflicting each other….
I was laid off in February and just got last paycheck - yes, PTO continued to accrue
You don't accrue any additional PTO, it's locked. Any PTO that was scheduled gets "cancelled" so you don't lose it. 401k matching continues as normal.
@OP Great question. I have a vacation in May planned but not put in my PTO yet.
