A 130% figure appears to be low, considering the record number of recalls that occurred. This statistic should be taken seriously as it indicates a positive trend in the company’s performance. However, given the company’s current state of affairs, it is plausible that the formula was initially calculated at 180% and subsequently reduced to 130% as a form of retaliation.

I heard most employees will get 50% to 80% of the 130%. So let me ask you this. Why work hard and do everything you are asked to do and still receive a subpar bonus and a small increase just to get bent over year after year.

130% looks great on paper but they didn’t allocate enough money to each team for LLs to give people 100%. It’s all a mind game and I’m tired of it.
