@181 It appears that executives are facing a similar issue.
Apparently people think they are entitled to bonuses, which tells a lot.
A 130% figure appears to be low, considering the record number of recalls that occurred. This statistic should be taken seriously as it indicates a positive trend in the company’s performance. However, given the company’s current state of affairs, it is plausible that the formula was initially calculated at 180% and subsequently reduced to 130% as a form of retaliation.
Nothing says ‘people first culture’ like a memo from the Soviet School of Measured Psychological Attrition. What former soviet bloc shitbox school did they recruit these HR mo--ns from?
I heard most employees will get 50% to 80% of the 130%. So let me ask you this. Why work hard and do everything you are asked to do and still receive a subpar bonus and a small increase just to get bent over year after year.
Bonus money should come from a corporate budget not for the LLs to figure it out
It means it's called a bonus for a reason, reason = not a sure thing.
@cq
They didnt allocate enough money by design. Farley needs 54M this year because he has turned Ford around.
@a6 Apply this simple action and Ford will never cheat you on your bonus again. LEAVE! Simple.
130% looks great on paper but they didn’t allocate enough money to each team for LLs to give people 100%. It’s all a mind game and I’m tired of it.
@ba What the h e double hockey sticks does this mean?
If you ever budget counting on a bonus you've already lost at life.
Don't forget it's a bonus but yep the rules are ever changing . It's always a mystery.
@as don't hold you breath.... PR's are not until March
Oh you got your PR i still haven't gotten mine. Seems pretty late tbh
PR:Met all: Receive 80% of your target........kinda stupid just saying....
the house will always win, right?
it certainly happened this time.
Every time we get a good bonus they change the metrics lol
