10% is the baseline for that grade. Some flexibility for slightly higher for reqs that are hard to fill or need to fill fast. Of course mip funding and performance will impact. But if you’re a 3 and we are at 100% funding you’ll do the 10%.

I believe 108 is an associate or analyst, the target bonus is 7.5%

What title is 108? Manager? Sr. Manager bonus target is 15%, Manager target is 12.5%, and Sr. Analyst target is 10%. These are targets, actual bonus funding depends on company performance and individual performance.
