My severance ended last May, but I haven't received a W-2 yet. Does anyone know when they are going out this year?

Per Federal law, they have to send it out (post mark it) by January 31 or you can file a claim against them. Now that doesn't mean you won't get it until next week but they had to do their due diligence by January 31.
I received mine on Friday. They are out there.
@OP it will also get mailed to you via USPS. You should get it any day now
It is available in workday portal. You should have access to it.
