How do you find the pay range for your role should be and what your target bonus is? I used to be able to look up any roles for hire with same title, but currently no roles with my job title are available.

there's no such thing as target bonus anymore.
If you can't find it on a job posting, ask your manager to provide it.
Ask your mgr. 3 yrs back when we went to the new garbage system Bei put in the originally said we would be able to look. A couple months later they wrote mgrs we should tell if asked. Implication: don’t tell unless asked. I told my team that they needed to ask me before another memo came down telling me I couldn’t tell them. I did not see that memo so…ask
I don't believe Wells makes pay ranges available to us anymore. The best you can do is find a job posting for your job and see the pay range listed in the job posting.

easiest is to find your job title in open positions usually has a breakdown and by locations
