Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

How about RTO after his “speech”

After that disastrous, blunt, outlook-vision, do we need to bother going in ? Why bother? Who cares about RTO

They have not enforced RTO at all, no one has been written up or placed on a PIP for not coming in. If you don’t want to come in then don’t. Many executive leadership roles never come to the office making enforcing difficult.

For some employees RTO makes sense…for others it makes zero sense

Maybe have a policy based on FACTS and not vague beliefs and there would be a happier workforce

There should be no RTO. The RTO plan needs to be decommissioned. Should have already been done to sell all the real estate holdings.

Are they allowed to sell off my office? It's my house.

Other companies saved money after selling off offices. I wonder if that is even a possibility.
