I am asking as a “ Care Navigator “… nurse with tons of clinical experience… working with CW who the h$ll are our leaders? Why aren’t they front and center? And why are we not eligible for ERP because our opinions do not matter. We are working our butts off … for what?? I would love to take the ERP and be done! That being said, I would not let my dog be treated by ANYONE at Centerwell!

@cf the cw director has been with the company 3 years. She will get 6 weeks. Hardly impressive.
@ap what department? Heard rumors of forced ERP for older Directors and VPs, but they get a great severance package so should anyone feel sorry for them? Many of those folks sold their soul to the devil of Humana a long time ago. Now they are being tossed aside. who are they gonna cry to?
@OP if you didn't know, our leadership got hammered over the past couple of weeks resulting in one of the directors being forced out via ERP and other high value leaders taking ERP (by choice or not). I'm ready for whatever they are going to hit me with next. I feel beat up every single day and I want off this circus ride.
