I hope everyone reading this knows we were set up for failure. I was someone who was so successful in this company. Hit every objective but once mission 1 came i couldn't do anything right. I recently left and I am so happy. You beautiful people need too know it's not you it's the corporate greed. Love you, good luck.

@vr that’s a good one! For most companies hard work gets you to the top! For Mondelez, not so much!
If you’re on this website just bi--hing and moaning you are the problem.
I come here for news and info but sift through so many soft bois
@e0 or you couldn’t work your way up and be successful. This is a huge Fortune 500 company. Losers stay at the bottom winners move up. Period
I was an SR before mission 1. Job su-ks, I make more now with same vacation time and barely put in 40 hours lifting nothing more than pen. I come back because I am still pi---d that I stayed as long as I did.
Exactly. I had so much pride working for Nabisco. When mission 1 came i became embarrassed. We are by far the worst DSD company. If you have pride in your work it's hard to work for Mondelez.
@OP I swear to god you are the same person who keeps coming back to this website begging us to leave like you… you obviously regret your decision and want to come back. Stop wining you losers. Work your way up the company and succeed. It’s such an easy gig especially if you’re a sales rep, do your 8-9 hours and go home. Stop making the job look like it’s sooooo stressful. We drive around to retail stores all day… how miserable. Go work real labor.
@OP it is no coincidence that the person that created M1 and the person he put in charge of it are now gone and with another CG company. We can only hope that the folks now in charge realize what a major disaster M1 was and go back to normal territories
