Get ready for NOS Walmart end of quarter!

You ready to me miserable the rest of this month while they sit back from their home office and add to our walmart orders?! Add that extra pallet we don’t need, talk to them and make sure they don’t reject them! Fu-k you, you work the stores and get... — read more

The Real Truth

Mission 1 is an absolute failure. They count on having 1 or 2 actual good workers on each territory to get the job done. The good workers get punished because of the lazy fu--s. It's a mess.

I left last week

I was with Monedelez for almost two years. It didn’t take me long to realize that all it had to offer was a temporary or transitional job. Not to me personally, but by design. It took me six months to start feeling stuck. During my time I didn’t see... — read more

This company is an absolute joke

Customer teams and management forcing crazy amount of product into stores and passing all the stores off and leaving us to be the scapegoat and taking blame for it. Such a joke. I started telling all my stores to start kicking the orders til... — read more

managers

question to my fellow managers. Be it merchandising supervisor or district mgr. do you hate it as much as I do whenever a sales rep or a merchandiser calls u while you’re in the middle of your Netflix show? I always have to pause to answer the phone... — read more

I hate Walmart

“Cutting back on vendor stuff”….” Our market manger want less vendor displays”. This is all I’ve been hearing at Walmart lately, and if I’m able to get a display, it’s gone in a week. I’m so over it.

Not too shabby

Appears Kellenova was a huge success!! Shareholders are dancing in the street! Bought by Mars for $84 a share! They had a plan and executed! Mondelez has DV who is out of touch and has a workforce that is miserable because of bad decisions! Open your... — read more

Company was cheap even before mission 1

Of course we would all agree that mission one is the worst nightmare we can fathom but I feel like that even before mission one the company was cheap and here’s why yet I would always say that I liked working for this company but now that I look back... — read more

Stop Complaining

Alot of people complain on here. Just go to work and collect a paycheck and look for other jobs. I left a few months back and I'm so much more happy. I enjoy my job now and there's so much room for advancement. We get to comfortable in jobs but when... — read more

Start applying to other jobs.

Just by applying to other jobs you will start to feel better. Knowing you are working on a way to escape this shithole will do amazing things for your mental health.

I wonder what they'll do next?

So, now we are being offered an incentive to for quarter 3. That's all good and well, but how do we go about meeting all the impossible demands that the company puts in front of us. There are simple solutions to get us out of this hole they've put us... — read more

Worst job ever

Bust your butt only to Get yelled at by your DM. Get yelled at by stores for all the product forced in by your company. I'd rather work at burger king.

Does anyone wake up excited about this cr-p?

Seriously…. Is there anyone out there that wakes up happy to go put up a cr-p Walmart order with way too much, then go do it again and again… ruining their knees? Or wake up motivated to go talk to managers and try to get displays? Cause i sure as... — read more

No changes

When mission 1 took place changes started a year in advance in some places. I'm guessing nothing is happening next April as it usually does because they would've started in some parts of the country already.

Sales reps start at 40k?

I thought the job payed more, 40k starting plus incentive bonuses that will never be hit? Lol No wonder Mondelez is having a hard time finding help. You all think this is a good starting pay for all the bs? I don't lol Also there is a reason a... — read more

It's Not just Mondelez

Every major company continues to lay workers off creating more work for those still employed. This economy is trash. Elections have consequences.

Welcome to the Clown Show

Can’t wait to be off this order writing job

Even though I will be going to a full time job that pays a little bit less than what I make as a FTOW I am happy that I only have a month left of this order writing nonsense. The goal at the end of the day is to find something where I make more than... — read more

Mentally checked out

Walmart

Why are we the only company that can't delete walmsrt cao orders?

Don’t let them fool you

It amazes me at how this company thinks they can fool people by saying “you asked we listened” in regards to FTOWs getting 401k as if they’re making it sound like after all these years all full timers will finally get a 401k effective in October... — read more

Confirmed

Welp. Adding 401k to full timers (which I didn't know was ever taken away) pretty much means we aren't leaving dsd. They wouldn't add 401k back to only leave dsd 4 months later.. It does however probably mean reps will be let go which is why they are... — read more

Worst job I’ve ever had
