Use the app to sell in a display that the ftow will never fill or order for. That's the mondelez logic.

Don’t forget to use the new pitcher app! They’re tracking use of it! So now we can all waste more time sitting in the car opening pitch decks of stores to fake the stats, and no one actually using it to sell. It’s all about the bs stats. Yeah, that’s going to save the company 🙄, that and pictures … like first comment said, everything this company does is re--rded. It’s as simple as taking care of the stores and keeping a good relationship with them, not forcing sh-t they don’t need down their throat and never being in the store because you have too much to cover. No matter what d-mb idea they come up with it won’t work.
The smart thing to do was to lay off a sales rep with 15 years experience in retail dsd sales to hire an ex-foundry worker to write orders and sell in an industry they have no business working in. It's hilarious shopping in my old stores now seeing zero displays and shelves empty.
When they get rid of reps thats the model they will use for the chosen few that they keep!
Everything this company does it re--rded. Locked CAO orders at walmart leaves us with tons of holes and tons of backstock we don't need, hiring people off the street and have them writing orders when they can't even merchandise, worrying more about pictures than actually filling the shelves. It's crazy. Maybe I'm old school but actually taking care of the stores is the best way to sell not completely neglecting stores and then telling reps to use an App to sell because you spent alot of money on it lol
