Nope, im at 16 years with the company, keep hopeing for a layoff. From what I herd the company pay out is really good. Evey year I'm hopeing for it.
It was a good job for the old timers. 401k, pension, lots of overtime, easy bonuses to hit and bigger bonuses. Just like every corporate job The company got cheap and everything else got more expensive. This is not a good job anymore but if you are close to retirement then I guess you could put up with it a few more years and be happy but not for anyone younger.
They won’t keep you around 4 more years and you’ll need every bit of your retirement to retire in today’s world! Anyone new with the company won’t get half that in retirement over 50 years at Mondelez and you’ll need double that after they trash your body with all the merchandising!
Pension as well...
Saving a million over 30 years is pretty easy.
It's not hard to make that with any other company if you are saving for retirement.
30 years in and I'll be close to a millionaire when I'm done in 4 years.
Yeah I like it
I like my 5 weeks of PTO that’s about it at this point.
