Anybody else dealing with this new routing system called ZBR? They’re testing in my area and my territory wont have any deliveries Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. But on Tuesday you’ll have twenty plus deliveries and now have a good amount on saturdays.

I like having deliveries left over for the next day. No late trucks to deal with! Start early as you want!
Stores are pushing back!! Got kicked off all displays at Kroger in our region for service, for two weeks! Not a single display allowed on the floor.
Sounds like a real bad idea, but a perfect idea for a company like Mondelez who only thinks of themselves and not their retail partners and especially not thinking of their employees! Work life balance! 4 ten hour days….more like 4 sixteen hour days, don’t fool yourselves!

10 hours of straight merching orders…. Gross. How long will the knees and back last with that routine?
In this system the sales rep still works Monday thru Friday. They’re asking merchandisers to do four 10 hour days with three days off. But none of mine want to do that. There’s going to be loads left for the next day to pack out, since there won’t be trucks going out that day. Just more bad service from us but stores have to be getting pretty used to that over the last couple years.

The area I'm in saw a ton of stores lose a delivery each week, but not like what you mentioned here. Will you have to work on Saturdays now on account of having loads?
