Did anyone hear about layoffs? In this quarter's spectrum, Susan Ops says that we have a 30% funding shortage. We will need a "real upswing over the summer".

That may likely be the case but see also exemption clause #2 of w.a.r.n. which sort of provides a work-around

I doubt there will be layoffs on 7/18. I doubt even more that 1500 will be laid off on 7/18, due to the W.A.R.N policy.
