Yes it's a pick your battle situation. The real issue is that Utah is a "Right-To-Work" state, and because of that workers aren't allowed to form a union where one presently doesn't exist. All instances of employment are no longer considered "At-Will" in lieu of anti-union laws like "Right-To-Work". You're damned if you do, you're damned if you don't people. One last thing for now.
