Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

Big Al... yeah that's his M.O.; make ANY sort of suggestion that maybe he's doing something wrong, per corporate standards, and he will get your ass canned faster than you can say "Is this guy for REAL??". He has a 2-year "degree" lol in "management" if you need any further investigations. I suspect he's been a great "YES!" man, but as far as managing his employees under his helm he's done nothing that I know of but the opposite. He doesn't even follow corporate policy... if he's YOUR manager you've been F-d out of a few years of promotions, recognition, and respectable dialogue amongst his peers, i.e. other managers. I, personally, have had 4 mangers there at L-3 CSW. 3 out of the 4 were very helpful, and praised my work ethics, output, and etc... When I get to "Al", everything went negative. Immediately. For no good reason. If you challenge "Al" on the ethics" or adhering to "corporate policy" you are screwed by him. Good riddance..
