SO every month there is going to be a layoff until the shareholders make more money on stocks

Obviously Halliburton is saving money by using public funded police rather than having their own security. Do taxpayers realize what is going on here? This is a clear sign of corruption at the Police level.

And just wondering what the stockholders view on all this. What is your opinion ?
