We were notified at 5 pm today the agency people were being released. I have a bad feeling this is the beginning of the next round of terminations. No notice, who is going to do the work? Have any other department agency people been let go?
Practice Strike???
Why do you have to practice holding a sign? Oh thats right, it's alot harder than putting a bolt in a fender.

So has this been the plan all along? Scare the white collar workers into doing blue collar jobs?
Having quarterly layoffs in order to scare white collar workers into crossing the picket lines? "Do it or you're next up kind of thing?" Sadly I wouldn't put it past our current management.
Info on salaried workers x-ing the picket line:

New guy, Ford Integrated Services and Ford Next

Bill of Material Quality?
As I understand it, most/all of the company's Dearborn-based BOM experts have either been let go or retired. There has to be some negative Plant/Supplier/Build repercussions eventually- possibly massive. Or am I worrying needlessly?
Is this site acting strange for anyone else?
Comments O make not appearing. Getting a message I posted to quickly when I haven't posted all day. Weird, and right when another layoff is about to drop. Need to be able to discuss the information being shared here!
