@1wfk+1orLe4DA wow hadn't thought about this. Not you're right. In Feb 2022 no one knew the metrics so we could have righteous indignation. This time around they will point EV sales and say "take your 50% (of 90%) and like it".
So a $15k target ends up being $6750. Before withholding.
Ouch.
It will be interesting to see what the bonus is like this year. The EV thing is once again so l set up to sc--w US employees. EVs are big sellers in EU and China.
Expect a 2021 scenario. Where US gets a small %. And LL5+ and rest of world get well over 100%. This will generate another Feb. 2022 meltdown but this time time the executives will say "Tough!"
Month old news
You'll get nothing and like it.
ROFL!! This was the most easily predicted thing in the history of the world! Ford's EV production targets were a hope and a prayer! And the reality was that there was neither, nor a chance at those targets.
If Ford loses too much money on EVs, employees will end up with negative bonus (which will be deducted from paychecks).
It actually might improve the AICP calculation, at least for the Blue side since we still lose money on every EV sold.
