Will Fidelity honor a 2 week notice? Not sure if this is role specific or not. Just curious if I’ll be told to leave same day or can work the 2 weeks out (if I find a new job). Not in an advisor role but am licensed.

And it’s all mgmt’s fault. There are ways to organize the workload so we don’t repeatedly fall into a frenzied state. Clearly, they’ve never heard of them.
