Work at Fidelity in Due Diligence for the longest time ever. They had a previous Senior Manager who hired her friends and babysitters and converted all her people including the lazy ones into permanent while she got rid off the smart and people who challenged. She was too d-mb. And when they finally got rid of her they put another id--t in charge and we suffer under him. He’s become the director and plays/ kisses a-s all the time. Shows favoritism and talks non stop. And due diligence is run by a manager who bullies women and favors his friends. This is what fidelity is. I work cos it pays the bills. It’s like stupid running and ruining stupid.

Fidelity can’t clean the culture. The company is too big and the culture is irreversibly impacted.
Dear clueless…Fidelity a man’s club? Have you see the ridiculous DEI hiring requirements over the past few years? White male hires…limited chance. If anything, Fidelity is focused on an estrogen culture…some with beards and countless acronyms. Please state your pronouns and get a DEI merit badge. What a ridiculous waste of time, money and focus. Fidelity follies were a great annual chuckle….seems everyday is now a Fidelity follie.
The So called 3 amigos need to be kicked out.
The peeps who work at due diligence work there because they can’t get a job anywhere else. At one time they shared a space with backgrounds and it was like a circus. The Long guy was the worst. Hated people who challenged him and got rid of them or coldstoraged them. Now he’s director. What a joke.
There's also one to many boomer Karen's out there, too insecure for what they do, not giving opportunity to gen z for even shadowing what they do, thinking we are "waste of space"
PS: Not all gen z are hopeless.
Fidelity is Definitely a man's club. Abby is a "pick me" women. She still believes what society taught her to believe, that men should be in charge. What a waste.
Definitely favoritism all over
I've experienced so much s-xism at fidelity, I'm only still here because I haven't found another job yet
