Some employees that are eligible for retirement were invited to a webinar for more information. It is not an official VBO and not the generous package that was previously offered.

This post is a lie for two reasons.

No way would Fidelity send an email telling someone to retire. Obviously.

Two, no VBO because the kids can’t manage the company. Can’t let the older workers leave!!!!

Not sure about that, but I did hear that people are receiving an email telling them to retire, and it is not a VBO. The reason for no vbo is there are many, many more boomers who would qualify this time than in years past and it’s not financially viable.
