Cutting salaries, mandating unpaid time off for some, and ask for volunteers to take unpaid time off......and then have a training class starting soon?? This is Tempe ECPO and all I can say is WTF? Is there any common sense left with CCi?

You can hardly get anyone to respond or follow through when you get them on the line. It's exhausting. Also doing more inbound and less outbound calling doesn't allow a Success Coach to build a relationship with a student. This process isn't working.

He posts all the same crap on ITT's board. He knows nothing about anything and has no connection to our school. For some reason he is trying to cause panic. If anyone should cause panic, it's employees with inside knowledge.
