Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

How many of you like taking tech calls, which result in filing a ticket for a call back?

It just doesn't make sense and is a waste of time!

As an instructor, I avoid calling tech support. It has resulted in too many forms to fill out and too many call backs. I find that if I ignore a problem it usually goes away or someone stops caring.
