26235, right on! I don't think there will be a sale. At this point, they'll be lucky to make it through this term. Companies conserving toner are not in positions to be sold.
Once the company is sold, you no longer work for CCI. You work for the new owner. At that point, any severance will be decided by the new owner. Given the current poor financial status of CCI, I suspect that there is greater likelihood of severance from the new owner than from anything CCI will do prior to a sale. This, of course, assumes that there will be a sale. Difficult assumption........don't bet your mortgage on it.
Someone reported that offered severances at teach out schools and then rescinded them. I don't know the truth to that. But they are so far in debt, vendors are probably first in line for any money that comes in. Then Jack's salary. I think the bigger question is, when are we closing?
Campuses won't be sold. CCI leases all the buildings. They own none. I'm not sure what they are selling. Some toner and a lot of debt. It won't sell. Don't hold your breath. Nobody wants the brands either. They are so tainted. And there's no line of credit. What are they selling? Does anyone know?
When? Ha! Yeah. That's happening!!! CCI won't sell. It's not for sale. Wyotech, Heald and Everest are.
CCI is NOT for sale. It WILL NOT sell as a company. The separate schools are for sale. And not all of them together.
