The government doesn't want CCI to sell. They want them to fold operations ASAP. They are through with CCI games. The SEC filing stated that CCI has still not sent all of the required documents that the DOE requested. CCI is a joke.

Lets assume CCI goes BK prior to years end (most logical outcome). What will happen to the students who are one or two semesters from graduating? I personally find it hard to believe that if the school closes, the DOE will allow all of those students... — read more

Why are some schools still enrolling students? Can they even start classes? Are they gathering students for the next owner? I'm not sure, just going with the flow.

And if they file bankruptcy, immediate closure because we can no longer fet federal FA funding. We are at the end stage of this company. Period. It doesn't matter what the stocks are. It doesn't matter what managers say. There's no rebranding.
