Here are the list of people at Heald Salinas who have probably been falsifying documents and will likely be in trouble when the subpoenas came to the local campuses: The registrar, the president, the DAA, the Student Services manager, and the PD for Healthcare. Those who work there know who these people are and so do the Department of Justice.
