The government doesn't want CCI to sell. They want them to fold operations ASAP. They are through with CCI games. The SEC filing stated that CCI has still not sent all of the required documents that the DOE requested. CCI is a joke.

The monitor is same guy who sent governor of Illinois to jail. He is not fooling around. Jack. Is going to jail where he might meet the husband/boyfriend of an Everest student.
That's why they sent in a past US Prosecutor. He apparently uncovered enough wrong doings to call in the current US Prosecutor. With a Grand Jury criminal investigation CCi will fold. They are in no financial position to fight this. The end is very near!
