Sad to say but if you are exempt they can legally abuse you. Several months back the directors had a meeting to learn that exempt staff are not entitled to compensated for any hours over 40.

Stock price is up slightly the last few days......its for sure now that there will be layoffs. The info probably gets leaked to investors in some way.

It should not be a surprise but some sort of a plan, regarding minimum number of instructors required, goes in to place with new budget year. Does anyone have knowledge they can share? Please no speculation.

YOU ARE RIGHT IT IS A JOKE....Perhaps they will re-hire the five people (or more) laid off in Orlando and replace with that President's ONE salary- I hope it bites them....these poor kids that are stuck with $20-60,000 loans -
