to Anon- it sounds like you have a strong case re wages- no matter what State you are in. You should pursue it, as mentioned many of my former co-workers sued and CCI settled out of court (FL- look the case up). I have seen with my own eyes about age/sexist remarks- I know they are trying to get rid of those over a certain age/fully vested- and put a few more in the mix to protect themselves. CCI is a NO GOOD COMPANY, and these directors focus more on who they can bed or favor than work ethics. My girlfriend was harrassed for years by one admissions director and then eventually she was let go- its all favors. One career director got transferred just because she was known to be "close" to the right people who were there. Its crazy. Hope you look into it. Bottomline- you are suppose to get paid for every hour you work. Period. In addition I know my coworkers lawyer used that by doing this to their wages it affected their 401K investments....Good Luck...
