when you are laid off from cci, you have to sign a form that says you acknowledge being laid off/terminated;otherwise they will not release your severance pay check to you. CCI is a smart organization, that is why they are making money. Also they have many top notch attorneys backing them up. Who are we (the employees) vs. CCI? "NOBODY"
