Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

In the state of Florida they could fire you for anything- so I am not sure if anyone who gets laid off here has an legal protection- I do believe they purposely target those who are fully vested and take advantage of all benefits. They cut the lowly paid and all their benefits. But unfortunately I can't prove this but I surmise this is happening based on being at a local Florida Broward County Campus- I watch who they lay off and it is always those types- and the ones who have the most integrity. Keep an eye out for this- again not sure if you would have any legal recourse. Seriously look for other employment while you are working then stick it to them.
