So it looks like I am at a 40% chance of getting laid off. Wish I had a 99.6% change of not being laid off. Wonder why we worry about some thing and not other.

How to push the severance package to 2021

I am in round 3 and will take EOI. The notification will occur the week of September 7. My question: is it possible to postpone the severance package to 2021 for tax purposes?

Now that we've spent millions of dollars and thousands of hours to rebrand the PMP, anyone feel like they actually got better feedback at their Mid-Year Assessment?

Not all jobs are open - Round 3

Looks like not all people or positions are open or need apply. What's the method used to say who is in and who isn't? Is it the position? Merit? Diversity? It's a sad day if this is based on gender or ethnicity.

R3 - EOI question

If I apply for an EOI in R3, and I am notified in early September, how much longer would I need to work at CVX? Can I line up another job, and if so when can I tell my new employer I can start?
