Noble here - just got an email stating we won’t be interviewing, but will be able to fill out a “talent profile template”...any one willing to share insights into this process? Seems like theatre.

Does the Talent Profile ask for employment experience and education background? Is it sort of like a resume?
Truth be told. You will probably not get a job where our operations cross. Both in the field or in the office. But the post about we lead and tenets of operation will be what they are looking at. Bonus if female or could be member of one of our employee networks.

Are you a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer? Are you Agile (quick, like a bunny)? Doesn’t matter. Just put that sh!t on there because apparently it makes oil come of the ground and we need hundreds of those folks. Also, say Digital. A lot.
