I find it ridiculous that nobody thought to tell JJ or JG that R4 would be happening during one of the busiest times of the year for petrotechs...reserves. Has JJ completely forgotten how the business runs?!? It just speaks to how ridiculously out of touch our executives are. We still get emails reminding us to focus on our work and stay safe but remember that we’re in this as “One Team” to “Build Our Tomorow” to ensure that we can “Win in Any Environment!” I’m sure we’ll get a Workplace post congratulating themselves on firing thousands.

The icing on the cake is that we’re over-staffed because of those exact two individuals’ decisions. It’s not like a bunch of Round 4 employees decided to hire a ton of people. Now we’re going to pay the price for the executives’ strategic visions and failed projects. But they keep circling one another up the food chain. I really wish JJ would EOI. The company would be so much better for it.
Upper management has no care at all for average employees. The only priority is the dividend and getting big bonuses for themselves.

Yep; round 4 will be a slaughterhouse. Executives do not lose sleep over the selection of round 4 employees.
JJ has made over 24 million in the last 3 years alone. He's been with the company 39 years, since 1981. He has paid massive dues for decades and made enormous personal sacrifice to get where he is today. Compensation is the reward for such achievement and prioritization of the company's interest. The man is very wealthy.
Just know your concern is not at all his concern, regardless of bs they may serve to you. He lives in the stratosphere compared to you and I .
